Refunds and returns

You may cancel your print copy subscriptions* with one month’s notice and receive a refund for issues that have not been printed and shipped to you by contacting Wacky ... but true at

If you inadvertently pay or renew a subscription twice our policy is to extend your subscription by the amount paid.

*Subscriptions purchased through Magshop or iSubscribe are non refundable. Subscriptions to the online Wacky ... but true magazine are also non refundable.

Delivery instructions

Your subscription will begin with the next available issue. We endeavour to get the first magazine to you within 4 weeks of processing your order.
